Nikka Coffey Malt

Nikka Coffey Malt is a Japanese whisky made entirely from malted barley. Despite the name, it is classed as a grain whisky rather than a malt whisky, because it is distilled in a Coffey still and not a pot still. This production method gives the whisky its distinctive flavours and textures.
