Nobushi

Nobushi is a Japanese whisky made by blending whiskies from the Miyagi and Nagano areas. The blend is then aged for three to four years in American oak casks. The name refers to an order of elite warriors descended from the samurai of the feudal era. It has a golden amber colour. The nose is floral and fresh-fruited, with spice and a slight touch of wood. The palate is fruity and lightly spiced, with caramel and vanilla, followed by a long finish.
