Octomore 14.1 is a Scottish barley single malt from Islay, bottled at 59.6%. It forms the backbone of the 14th annual Octomore series, the reference point against which the series' other expressions alternate and evolve.
It was matured for five years in first-fill ex-American whiskey casks. On the nose, sweet caramel and vanilla open, with bright citrus cutting through Octomore's signature smoke, lifted by roasted coffee and subtle spice.
