This is an Orkney single malt released as a small batch edition by Berry Bros. & Rudd under the Berrys' Own Selection label. It comes from one of the two distilleries on Orkney.
The nose is rather closed at first, then opens with time to heather, honey and a hint of smoke. The palate carries on in the same vein, and a little air softens it further. The finish is pleasant.
