Peg Leg Porker is an 8-year-old bourbon from Tennessee, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It was conceived to pair with barbecue food and designed as a full-flavoured, complex whiskey.
After ageing, it is filtered through Bringle's own custom-made hickory charcoal. The 45% bottling strength was chosen so that the flavours can stand up to grilled meat.
