Pendleton Directors' Reserve is a 20 year old blended Canadian whisky, dedicated to the directors of the Pendleton Round-Up in Oregon. It was aged in American oak barrels and bottled by Hood River Distillers at 40%, with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood used to bring it to strength.
Each bottle wears a leather neck cuff designed by saddle maker Randy Severe.
The nose brings toasted coconut, cinnamon, oak, vanilla and orange zest. On the palate there is toasted oak and smoked wood with ripe apples, pears and bananas, and the finish is long and mellow.
