Pendleton Directors' Reserve is a 20-year-old Canadian blended whisky, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled in Canada and bottled in Hood River, Oregon.
The whisky spends the full twenty years maturing in American oak barrels, and is then reduced with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood.
The nose brings toasted coconut, fresh cinnamon, deep oak, vanilla bean and orange zest. The palate is rich and creamy, with toasted oak, gentle smoke, ripe apple, pear, banana, baking spices, butterscotch and maple syrup. The finish is long, with baking spice, toasted pecan and walnut, ending on warm oak.
