Pendleton Midnight Canadian Whisky (75cl, 45%)

Pendleton Midnight is a blended Canadian whisky from Hood River Distillers, bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is made with glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood. A portion of the blend has been aged for over six years in American brandy barrels, which adds fruit-forward character. The label also describes it as full bodied, with an uncommonly smooth finish. Notes of leather and warm spices run through it, and it is suggested that it is best enjoyed neat.
