Pike Creek 10 Year Old Canadian Whisky (75cl)

Pike Creek 10 Year is a Canadian whisky aged for a decade in white oak barrels and then finished in rum barrels, in a 75cl bottle. The barrels mature through the wide seasonal temperature swings of the Canadian climate, which move the spirit in and out of the wood and speed the development of flavour. The rum-barrel finish adds molasses and brown sugar over the oak. The nose is white oak with molasses and brown sugar. The palate is smooth and rounded, with oak, sweet molasses and brown sugar, and the finish is warm and lightly sweet.
