Pike Creek is a Canadian whisky named for the Windsor, Ontario suburb where Hiram Walker keeps its warehouses. The brand returned to shelves in 2012, re-released alongside Set 40. This ten-year-old is bottled at 42% and has a little extra rye added to the corn whisky blend. It is finished in rum barrels.
