Rainbow Whisky is a Japanese whisky from Ai Unibio, a ji-whisky maker based in Mikawa, not far from Tokyo. It is bottled at 37% in a 72cl bottle.
Ai Unibio came about through a merger of several local companies, most of which make traditional Japanese drinks such as sake and shochu. Rainbow Whisky has been on the market for a few decades and is popular with many people in the area.
