Red Bank Canadian Whisky (70cl)

Red Bank is a Canadian whisky from the coast of Nova Scotia, co-founded by the actor and musician Kiefer Sutherland. Master blender Michel Marcil built it around a core of Canadian wheat whisky, rounded out with corn and rye. The nose is silky caramel and toasted grain, with oak char and a little rye spice. On the palate it is soft, with buttery caramel, flapjack, toasty cereal and a hint of caraway. The finish is rich oak, toffee popcorn and a peppery kick. It can be sipped neat, over ice or stirred into an Old Fashioned.
