Red Shank Irish Whisky

Red Shank is a single grain Irish whisky made outside Dublin. It is triple-distilled, which is said to give it a notably smooth character. It also suits a simple highball called the Ginger Mist. Pour 1 1/2 oz over a highball glass full of ice, fill with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime.
