This is a three-year-old single cask Japanese single malt from Sakurao, bottled for Hong Kong. It was matured in a cream sherry hogshead, cask number 5108, and bottled at a cask strength of 58.3% in a 70cl bottle. The label shows a summer night scene of Hong Kong with fireworks, drawn by a Japanese comic illustrator. The cask yielded 225 bottles. Cream sherry is a sweetened style, usually a blend of Oloroso or Amontillado with sweeter sherries such as PX or Moscatel.
