Sakurao Singapore Exclusive 3 Year Old Bourbon Barrel #5216 Single Malt Japanese Whisky (70cl, 53.3%)

This is a 3 year old single malt from Sakurao in Hiroshima, drawn from a single bourbon barrel, number 5216, and bottled at 53.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. There are 210 bottles. It is the second Asian edition in a series illustrated by a Japanese comic artist. The label shows a woman drinking whiskey while looking at the night view of Marina Bay Sands, following the earlier Hong Kong edition. The non-peated spirit spent two years in a tunnel in Togawachi, then one year in the Sakurao aging house by the sea. It has a light golden colour and a typical malty sweetness.
