Sazerac Rye Single Barrel Select is a straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 90 proof (45%). It has matured for a minimum of 4 years in American oak barrels, and rye is the dominant grain, with corn as a flavouring grain.
The nose brings clove, vanilla, anise and pepper, with subtler touches of candied spice and citrus. The finish is smooth, with delicate notes of licorice.
