Signal Hill Canadian Whisky

Signal Hill is a Canadian whisky made from two types of grain. The corn whisky is double distilled through a two-column still, which gives it a light, smooth character. The barley whisky is pot distilled, bringing a subtle bready, nutty or malt flavour. It is non-chill filtered, which keeps the layers of flavour intact and gives a fuller mouthfeel and a smoother finish.
