Sortilege Prestige is a Canadian whisky blended with maple syrup. It combines 100 per cent rye whisky, aged seven years in white oak barrels, with first run Quebec maple syrup of category one, extra clear grade. It comes from Maison des Futailles.
The taste is sweet without being overly so, with true maple syrup flavours balanced by whisky strength throughout.
