Suntory Hibiki 21 Year Old Kacho Fugetsu Edition (70cl)

Hibiki 21 Year Old Kacho Fugetsu Edition is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, a limited release of the Hibiki 21. Kacho Fugetsu is usually translated as the magnificence of Japanese nature. The blend is made from whiskies from Suntory's Japanese distilleries and contains over half single malt. Most of the matured whisky in it is well over 21 years old. The bottle has 24 facets, one for each of the 24 periods of the Japanese lunar calendar, and this edition adds a gold print of Mount Fuji and its surroundings. It is described as rich and smooth, with dark cherry and caramel on the palate and a delicate, sweet finish with a touch of smoke.
