Suntory Hibiki 21 Year Old (70cl)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki means 'harmony', and the whisky is blended from Suntory's Japanese distilleries, with the exact make-up kept as a distillery secret. The bottle carries 24 facets, one for each of the 24 periods of the Japanese lunar calendar. On the palate it is rich and smooth, with dark cherry and caramel, and the finish is delicate and sweet.
