Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. Its name means 'concordance', and it is blended from whiskies made at Suntory's Japanese distilleries.
The bottle carries 24 facets, one for each of the 24 periods of the Japanese lunar calendar.
In the glass it is rich and smooth, with dark cherry and caramel on the palate and a delicate, sweet finish.
