Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese blend of malts from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, aged for a minimum of 30 years. Each bottle carries an individual number.
The nose shows aged oak, sandalwood and delicate floral notes, with dried apricots, ripe peaches and a hint of tropical pineapple. The palate brings dark chocolate, caramel, and spices such as cinnamon and clove, with a gentle smokiness. The finish is long, with oak, leather and a touch of honeyed warmth.
