Suntory Hibiki Harmony (70cl)

Suntory Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, made from at least ten malt and grain whiskies and sold in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki means "resonance", and the brand commemorates Suntory's 90th anniversary. The whisky is amber in colour and is described as light and approachable. The nose brings orange peel, white chocolate, rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, sandalwood and mature wood. On the palate there is honeyed sweetness with candied orange peel and white chocolate, and the finish is long and soft, with a hint of Mizunara, Japanese oak.
