The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was created by master distiller Richard Paterson.
The whisky matures in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
It is amber in colour. The nose is very fruity, with sherry, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel and coffee. The palate is full-bodied, with sherry, citrus fruit, raisins, vanilla and fine spice, and the finish is long and spicy.
