The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It spends 12 years in ex-bourbon casks, then a further three years in three different sherry casks: Amoroso, Apostles and Matusalem Oloroso.
The colour is amber. The nose offers chocolate, ripe oranges, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate come citrus fruit, vanilla, ginger, sweet caramel and red berries. The finish is long and malty, with a light note of coffee.
