The Dalmore 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43%. It is matured in two stages: first in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, then finished in 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
The ex-Bourbon casks are credited with vanilla sweetness and warm oak, while the Oloroso finish adds dark chocolate, dried fruit and spice.
