Dalmore 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt and the top bottling in the distillery's Principal Collection. It is finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks that are 30 years old, which are exclusive to Dalmore.
The spirit is made in the distillery's idiosyncratic copper stills, and the finishing is carried out by hand by the Dalmore team working under Master Distiller Gregg Glass.
