The Dalmore King Alexander III is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a wide range of casks: ex-Bourbon, Matusalem Oloroso sherry, Madeira, Marsala, port pipes and a Cabernet Sauvignon barrique.
The colour is amber. The nose brings roasted nuts, red berries, dried fruit, sweet caramel and a touch of citrus. On the palate there are sherry notes, plenty of fruit, dried fruit, caramel, vanilla and port. The finish is long and full, with a light red wine dryness.
