A 15-year-old Highland single malt from The Dalmore in Alness, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 at 49.1% ABV. It is sold in a 75cl bottle.
The whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then was finished in hand-selected Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks.
The nose brings crushed orange, vanilla and dark chocolate with baking spices and roasted nuts. The palate is full-bodied, with dark fruitcake, crushed almonds, espresso, sweet sherry and toasted wood. The finish is very long, with sweet dried fruit, dark caramel and oak spice.
