This is a Highland single malt from The Dalmore, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, in a 75cl bottle.
It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, with hand-selected Apostoles and Amoroso sherry casks added to the mix. It is a limited release in the Select Edition series.
The nose brings orange zest, dark chocolate, raisin, cinnamon and toasted oak. On the palate there is rich caramel, black cherry, roasted coffee, nutmeg and sherry sweetness. The finish is long and smooth, with dark fruit, spice and oak warmth.
