The Dalmore – Sherry Cask Select 12 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

The Dalmore Sherry Cask Select is a 12 year old Highland malt bottled at 43% vol, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was post-matured for 18 to 24 months in American and European white oak casks, made for the distillery by three different cooperages in Andalusia, Spain. The casks were first seasoned with oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry, so the malt takes the influence of both. The nose is an intense, elegant sherry aroma.
