It is matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, and rests for fifteen years in traditional dunnage warehouses. The result is a full-bodied, sherry-led malt that combines the richness of PX with the depth of Oloroso.
It is described as showing layers of dark fruit, warm spice and sweetness.
