This is The Glenlivet 12 Year Old, a single malt from Speyside in Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured for 12 years in oak and sherry casks, which is where its "Double Oak" name comes from.
In the glass it is amber. The nose offers fresh citrus fruit, pear, apple, wood and malt. The palate is soft and mild, with a little black pepper, floral notes, southern fruit, caramel and vanilla. The finish is medium in length, with oak and spice.
