The Glenlivet 25 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from The Sample Room Collection, a series of whiskies traditionally kept for private tastings at the distillery. It was aged for 25 years and released in limited quantities, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is dried apricot, honey, orange peel, polished oak and soft spice. The palate has silky layers of toffee, dark fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and toasted oak. The finish is long and gently warming, with lingering sweetness and mature oak.
