The Irishman 12 Year Old is an Irish whisky matured in bourbon casks. It has a deep amber colour with pale gold highlights.
The nose brings toasty oak, vanilla, toffee, sage and a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate there is baking spice, plum and malt, and the finish is full-bodied and lingering. It is a silky, smooth dram.
