The Shinobu Mizunara Finish is a small batch blended whisky with a bourbon base, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. Shinobu blended whisky is first blended with American bourbon whisky, then matured further in Mizunara oak casks.
The nose offers rich caramel, butter, coconut candy, mint and oak. On the palate it is smooth and slightly oily, with hints of vanilla and bourbon sweetness. The finish is warm, with sandalwood, vanilla and lingering oak.
