Station 22 chose the ingredients, drawing on what the Great Canadian North can produce: spring water from Northern Quebec and barrels of white oak grown in North American forests. The makers liken the effort of producing a genuinely Canadian whisky to the passion and conviction needed to clear an unknown land.
