This is a Togouchi single malt Japanese whisky, bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle. It is a slightly reduced bottling, and shows a more pungent side than the 43% version.
The nose is fruity, with apple, apricot and ripe fruits. The palate is light and silky, with a rougher texture, and brings out honey, vanilla and cocoa. Spices arrive in the finish, with pepper and nutmeg.
