Tullamore Dew is an Irish whiskey aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It is pale amber in colour.
The nose is soft, with caramel and sweet grain. On the palate there is spice and sweet barley, with a smooth, creamy texture, and the finish is gentle and softly fruity.
