Umiki is a Japanese blend of malt whiskies distilled by the coast and imported grain whiskies, finished in Japanese pine barrels. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The blend is brought to bottling strength with filtered, desalinated ocean water. The name joins the Japanese words for ocean and tree. The style is described as maritime, floral and lightly spicy, with a fresh pine finish.
