Woodford Reserve Baccarat Edition is a Kentucky bourbon finished in XO Cognac barrels, bottled at 45.2% in a 70cl bottle. Master Distiller Chris Morris sourced the barrels, each of which had held cognac through three seasons before it was filled with Woodford Reserve.
The finish brings together crisp American and French oak, complex fruit character and subtle spiciness, ending in a creamy, confectionery note.
