Woodford Reserve Baccarat Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in collaboration with the French crystal house Baccarat. It is sold in a Baccarat crystal decanter made in France, inside a red presentation box, and is bottled at 45.2% ABV (90.4 proof).
The bourbon is triple distilled in copper pot stills and finished in XO Cognac casks.
The nose brings dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spice, with candied orange peel, dark honey and a floral sweetness from the Cognac finish. The palate is silky, with dark caramel, toffee and cinnamon, and the finish is long.
