Woodford Reserve 'Baccarat Edition' is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in collaboration with the French crystal house Baccarat, marking the historical links between France and Kentucky.
Woodford Reserve's most complex Kentucky straight bourbon was finished for a further three years in select XO Cognac barrels from France. It is bottled at 45.2% and comes in a handmade Baccarat crystal decanter with gold lettering.
The nose is toasted and rich, with chocolate-dusted oak, vanilla bean, clove, cinnamon, dried fruit and citrus peel. The palate brings vanilla, dark chocolate and dried fruit over malt, toasted nuts and oak, and the finish is long and warm with spiced caramel mocha.
