This is Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, a bourbon. It is aged in the same way as the classic Woodford Reserve, then matured further in barrels that have been heavily toasted and lightly charred.
The second maturation adds a sweet oaken depth and develops the fruit, vanilla and caramel notes.
