Woodford Reserve is a Kentucky bourbon, here in a 700ml bottle. Its mashbill is 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt, which is a high share of rye.
It is also unusual in being triple distilled, and it goes into the barrel at the lowest proof. It then matures there for at least six years.
