Woodford Reserve – Master's Collection Batch 121.2 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl, 60.6%)

This is Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch 121.2 Proof, a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. The Master's Collection is a limited release series from the distillery, exploring innovation and unusual expressions. This batch is bottled at 121.2 proof, or 60.6% ABV, and is described as the distillery's signature bourbon in its most powerful, unfiltered form, with the classic Woodford character kept intact. The nose offers rich caramel, toasted oak, dark fruit and baking spice. On the palate come toffee, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cinnamon and dried cherry, leading to a long, warming finish of oak, spice and sweet vanilla.
