Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof 119.5 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, selected by Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall. It is an annual release in the Master's Collection, made since 2018.
More than 100 barrels from different production dates, warehouses and warehouse floors are blended, then bottled undiluted at 119.5 proof (59.75%). It comes in a 70cl decanter-style bottle with a walnut wood stopper.
The nose offers peanut butter toffee cookies, dried fruit, vanilla and cinnamon, with charred oak, anise, sandalwood and dried flowers emerging over time.
