Yellow Spot 12 Year Old is a full-bodied single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for 12 years in three types of oak: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts and Spanish Malaga wine casks.
The nose brings mown hay, cracked black pepper, sweet peaches and clove oil. On the palate there is pot still spice, creamy milk chocolate, honey, coffee and red apples, balanced by toasted oak and creme brulee. The finish is long and complex, with lingering sweetness, red grape and dry barley.
