If you can find a bottle on our website, then we have it. Once we are out of stock on any particular bottle it won’t be visible any longer.

What you see is what you get, If a box is displayed in the picture with the bottle then for the most part Yes, the bottle comes with a box. There are some instances in which we have three similar bottles but only one will have a box. In this instance, we will make sure we contact you if what you are purchasing is not completely as it is shown in the photo.

Once payment has gone through you should receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of your payment and shipping address. You will also receive another email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and is on its way to you.

Within the UK, we predominantly use Royal Mail and your order should be with you within 5 to 7 working days.

It is difficult to assess the time scale outside of the UK as we also use a multitude of shipping companies to best suit the location. We will always use a tracked option so that you can follow the progress of your order.      

We do have an option for next day delivery in the UK only, and on working days only, with prior arrangement over the phone or email, This will incur an extra express shipping fee.
