117 West Spirits West Coast Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, including crystal, chocolate and roasted barley. It is matured in small, charred American oak casks and sold in a 75cl bottle.
The recipe draws on stout beer, bringing chocolate, toast and roast notes that sit alongside caramel and vanilla from the oak. The finish carries a coffee note.
